Happy Birthday Ben!

Ben turned one today and boy did he have fun! His mom invited 9 of his buddies over (mostly from a mom's group) and they went for it! I love these kind of children's birthday parties! So much action! And it was great that all the mess was contained OUTDOORS!

Ben's Grandpa was such a sport when I asked him if he would pose for this last photo! He didn't know until after the photo that the hat said "I am One" and then he laughed and said, "Actually I'm closer to One Hundred!"

Sam and Kate are One Year Old!

I've been photographing Sam and Kate for the last year and can't get enough of them! This shoot was really long because Sam was unhappy most of the first hour, but then he just blossomed and I couldn't stop taking photos!

But I can see that they are getting much more mobile and interested in the world around them and are going to get more difficult to photograph as they start walking! Look out Mom and Dad!

Keystone Home for Sale - Elk Crossing Lane

Last week I photographed another beautiful Summit County home - this one at 268 Elk Crossing Lane in Keystone on The River Course. It's really a perfect location, backing up to the Snake River and secluded off the main road. I love this job!

I love photographing babies and weddings, but sometimes after a lot of people photos, I love going into a beautiful home like this and trying to make it look it's best!

Colleen and Eddie's Beautiful Keystone Wedding

Colleen and Eddie were married on June 8th at a beautiful private home in Keystone, the Keystone Meadow House. Their ceremony was absolutely amazing, combining two beautiful families together - at the end of the ceremony, there wasn't a dry eye in the house, including my own!

Nancy Cook provided beautiful music for the ceremony. The day could not have been more perfect! They even incorporated a session of blowing bubbles off the back deck during the ceremony, which both kids and adults loved!

Jamie and Kory's June Wedding at Sapphire Point

Jamie and Kory were married at Sapphire Point on a beautiful June afternoon! Jamie is one of those happy, exuberant brides that I could photograph all day. As the ceremony ended, she turned to the audience (20 guests) and exclaimed, "Isn't this the GREATEST?" It was the greatest! And I am lucky to have clients who know it!
