Breckenridge Invisible Children Screening of Documentary Film "Tony"

Last night was a very proud night for Kirk & I - our 13 year old daughter, Heather, spearheaded a screening of the movie Tony with the Invisible Children organization at the Breckenridge Riverwalk Center. There was a great turnout - 150 to 200 attendees. The film was AMAZING - many tears were shed. And I have to say I feel different today after seeing the movie... that I should be doing more...

The "Roadies" Dan, Emily, Rachel, and David, were truly inspiring... they travel by van and show the movie all across the country as one of 16 teams traveling right now. This group had a screening at Aspen High School in the morning and Breckenridge last night, then are driving back to Glenwood Springs today.

David grew up in Uganda and was a child soldier for a period of 6 months - David thank you so much for sharing your stories with us! David also told us he saw a bear yesterday in Aspen and he was SO excited! Apparently Uganda has LOTS of wildlife, but NOT bears!
