Keystone Ranch Endowment Dinner for CMC Culinary School

What a great event I attended this week - the Endowment Dinner for the Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute. I was on assignment for Mountain Town Magazine and love the Keystone Ranch as a wedding venue, so was thrilled to try out the six course dinner prepared by both Keystone Ranch chefs and CMC Culinary School chefs.

Since I'm more of a visual artist, and not really a foodie, I can't even adequately describe the amazing flavors of those six courses and the wine pairings that we tasted. I'll let the writers from Mountain Town Magazine and Summit Daily News explain all that. But it was wonderful and here are some of my favorite photos of the night!

The image is from a weekend at the amazing Elk House Retreat in Keystone - no photoshop just a unique moment outside the master bedroom there & shooting with the lens RIGHT up against the glass at dusk. And the mountain behind me is shading the window enough to let the ambient light of the master bedroom shine through.
